Syrah

Was aged  12 months in  French, Hungarian and America  oak barrels.

Aroma – pomelo, Eucaliptus, pepper, wet forest earth, dark chocolate and fruit

Flavor – Rhubarb, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and  thyme.

Will pair well with Roast beef and pastas in tomato sauce.
